Frequently Asked Questions

The minimum age to play paintball at Vintage Paintball is 10 years old. Anyone on site, including spectators must sign a waiver. If you are under 18 you must have your legal parent or legal guardian endorse your waiver. All waivers must be done prior to entry.

Public play paintball sessions are perfect for individuals or small groups who don’t have enough players for a private play paintball group. Reservation is recommended but not required. During Public Play sessions players are divided into two equal teams and tour the park, playing different maps throughout the day. There are constantly new games throughout the day and new players can join at anytime! Check public play availability here.

Private Play allows your group to play paintball separately from the rest of the general admission paintball players. Private Play paintball groups are ideal for the first time paintball player, paintball birthday parties, paintball bachelor parties, or any group who wants to play paintball in a closed setting. Check private play availability here.

Vintage Paintball is a field paint only facility. All paintballs must be purchased on site from Vintage Paintball to ensure a quality product and safe environment. Anyone caught shooting outside paint will be asked to leave without refund. No exceptions.

Being a non- contact sport paintball does not have anywhere near the injuries of other sports like Soccer, or Basketball. When playing under professional, supervised conditions with proper equipment, it is statistically safer than golf or bowling! Rest assured, as Vintage Paintball leads the industry in paintball safety standards.

This is the most commonly asked question we get at the paintball park. Getting shot with a paintball typically feels like being snapped with a wet towel. It stings significantly less when playing the game as your adrenalin is pumping!

Absolutely! Just make sure you are familiar with your paintball gear and it is up to date with current paintball rules and regulations! All paintball guns must shoot in semi auto or NXL mode at 10.5 balls per second (BPS) or slower. No other modes are allowed. All paintball guns must also chrono 280 feet per second (FPS) or slower. In hydro HPA tanks only. No Co2. ASTM certified paintball goggles only. We do not recommend using your buddies paintball gun that has been sitting in a closet for 10 years.

We allow all of our customers to bring food into our facility. We even have a grill for our private paintball events to use! We also have plenty of concessions for sale. Outside beverages are not allowed. Please purchase your beverages from the concession counter. This better helps us mitigate our alcohol free facility.

Actually, paintballs have no paint in them! They are a gelatin capsule, much like a bath bead or Advil gel cap and the stuff inside is mainly a product called PEG. This is a food grade synthetic oil filler found in many household items like tooth-paste! You may get a few grease marks but rest assured, as our paint is all non-toxic, non-staining and completely water-soluble.

The average rental paintball player typically shoots 200 paintballs per hour during their visit to the paintball park.

Private Play paintball events have a time limit of three hours. Public Play paintball sessions vary based on the session. Please consult our booking calendar for details. On average the typical rental paintball player spends about 3 hours playing paintball at the park.

Besides a good change of clothes, closed toed shoes, and a great attitude that should do it! We have everything you’ll need on site.

Yes! It's actually really fun to play paintball in the rain! We play rain, snow, or shine!

Yes! We provide high pressure air fills for your paintball tanks all the way up to 4500 psi. We do not fill Co2 tanks. Read about paintball tanks here.

First time?! No problem! Make sure everyone in your party fills out their waiver and watches the safety video prior to play! It also helps to check out our menu to see which package you want prior to arrival. Finally, make sure to dress for the weather!

We do not allow the following: Outside beverages, smoking, drugs & alcohol, outside paintballs, open toed shoes, metal spikes, orange colored clothing, bad attitudes, and pets of any kind.
