Frequently Asked Questions

Paintball camp has an age requirement of 8-14 years of age. We make appropriate itinerary based on ages. All campers must have a signed waiver. Please complete waivers for your campers the same day as registration by following the confirmation link in your email.

Summer camp sessions run from Monday to Wednesday, beginning promptly at 9:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM. The facility opens for drop-off at 8:30 AM. At the end of the day please allow a few additional minutes for campers to return equipment and tidy up before exiting the facility. We kindly ask that parents wait in the parking lot until campers are ready to depart. For safety reasons, parents are not permitted past the main gate without a completed waiver on file.

Dress in layers. Baggy clothing that is comfortable to run in is best. Loose fitting pants and shirts tend to absorb the impact of the paintball. Old jeans, sweat pants, or BDUs for bottoms, Long sleeve t-shirts, or hoodies are great for the upper body. For shoes, old tennis shoes, or boots. Beanie or hat for head protection. Orange colored clothing and open toe shoes are prohibited.

Campers are encouraged to bring their own water or sports drinks for hydration, as well as any snacks they may need throughout the day. Please note that refrigerator access is not available on-site. A positive attitude and enthusiasm are all you’ll need—everything else will be provided!

Being a non- contact sport paintball does not have anywhere near the injuries of other sports like Soccer, or Basketball. When playing under professional, supervised conditions with proper equipment, it is statistically safer than golf or bowling! Rest assured, as Vintage Paintball leads the industry in paintball safety standards.

Unfortunately, campers are not permitted to bring their own paintball markers. Our paintball camp is specifically designed for first-time players and features beginner-friendly, low-impact equipment tailored for younger participants. If you have your own paintball goggles, you are welcome to wear them after staff inspection.

Actually, paintballs have no paint in them! They are a gelatin capsule, much like a bath bead or Advil gel cap and the stuff inside is mainly a product called PEG. This is a food grade synthetic oil filler found in many household items like tooth-paste! You may get a few grease marks but rest assured, as our paint is all non-toxic, non-staining and completely water-soluble.

Rain or shine, we play! In fact, paintball in the rain can be a fun and exciting twist on the game. We operate in all weather conditions, so the action continues regardless of the forecast!

This is one of the most frequently asked questions at our paintball park. Being hit by a paintball generally feels similar to the sensation of a quick snap from a wet towel. However, the sting is often less noticeable during gameplay, as the adrenaline and excitement of the experience can help minimize the discomfort.

Prohibited items: Smoking, drugs & alcohol, outside paintballs, open toed shoes, metal cleats, orange clothing, and pets.
